Tulsi-Kapoor (Holy Basil)

Tulsi-Kapoor (Syn. Holy Basil), Ocimum sanctum ~ Sweet, fruity, pungent, moving. Calming and uplifting may seem like a contradiction of claims, but Tulsi, also known as Holy Basil, is believed to both alert and soothe the nervous system through action on the olfactory bulb of the brain when it is inhaled or tasted. Additionally, it is believed to balance aspects of the endocrine system.

Brew on it's own as a delicious single herb tea or blend into your favorite tea blend.
