To use:
After cleansing and toning, apply a pea-sized amount of Anam Cara to damp skin. For added nourishment, apply Anam Cara after a serum.

I have winter skin dryness, and aging skin (44 yrs of fun!) I have used a LOT of skincare products over my 45 years, and none have impressed me as much as Anam Cara. My menopausal skin is dry and flaky, but also hypersensitive and prone to rosacea. Most other products either make me break out in hives or acne, aggravate the redness, or leave my skin feeling greasy. Or a combination of the above. After using this product for a week, redness has dissipated by about 90%. Instead of dry patches, my skin is hydrated (even "dewy"), with zero breakouts. It even healed the bumps that were threatening to appear. I use Anam Cara after cleansing my face in the evening, without any added toner or moisturizer. It goes on about an hour before bed so it absorbs instead of wiping off on my pillow, and when I wake, my skin is noticeably healthier and happier than it was the day before. My partner actually said that I look "luminous".
